A simple and light dish, perfect as a starter, side dish or main course. Crispy zucchini and melted cheese go great with the fresh, aromatic yogurt sauce.

Ingredients
For the zucchini:
4 medium zucchinis
100g grated cheese (Parmesan, Grana Padano or a mix of cheeses)
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Spices to taste (sweet paprika, oregano or thyme)
For the yogurt-garlic sauce:
200g natural Greek yogurt
1 clove of garlic (ground or grated)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
